The Minor Performer Alliance (“MPA”) is committed to respecting your privacy. This Privacy Notice describes how MPA collects, uses, discloses, stores, and otherwise processes information. In addition, this Privacy Notice states how you can control the collection, use, correction, and deletion of your information.
We urge you to read this Privacy Notice so that you understand our commitment to you and your privacy.
SCOPE
This Privacy Notice applies to personal information and other information collected by MPA or its service providers from or about:

organizations and partners using MPA’s hosting and information technology services;
users of any mobile-device applications that MPA offers (such as its iOS and Android applications);

This Privacy Notice does not apply to Personal Health Information (“PHI”) collected through any program covered under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).
DATA WE COLLECT

Third-party service providers are required to maintain privacy and security protections consistent with MPA’s standards.
HOW WE STORE YOUR DATA
MPA will retain your Personal Information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected or as required by law.
CHILDREN
MPA recognizes the importance of protecting the privacy and safety of children. Because we work with minors, we comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). We require verifiable parental consent before collecting personal information from children under 13 and limit usage to providing services.

California residents may request details about Personal Information shared with third parties for direct marketing purposes. MPA does not sell Personal Information to third parties.
